Policies
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations on the day of check-in = 100% penalty
- Cancellations made between 1-3 days prior to check-in = 30% penalty
- Cancellations made between 4-7 days prior to check-in = 10% penalty
Children Policy:
- Children up to 3 years of age using existing bedding: an additional fee of $10 per day will be levied
- Children up to 3 years of age using an extra bed: 50% of the normal room rates will be charged
- Children between 4 to 12 years of age: 70% of the normal room rates will be charged

The Kharaa Hotel was established in 1994. In 2007, the hotel conducted a massive refurbishment and it completely changed its interior design, introduced internationally standardized services.
